This slideshow presents a story of human history that focuses on our co-evolving relationship with the Earth, and especially the energy we metabolize from Mother Nature.  

​The story is based on eco-materialism, a revision of Marx’s theory of history.  It tries to shed light on why we have developed such a dysfunctional, dead end relationship with our planet & how we might restore balance before it’s too late.
